Reactivating license on computer #6007
I am having a issue where I can not reactivate the license on a computer I had it installed. I had originaly installed it on a desktop, then wanted to try it out on a laptop, now I need to switch it back to the desktop but when I try to reinstall the software it gives me a license is disabled error. Can I somehow deactivate the license on the laptop so I can use it on the desktop again?

Please delete or rename the LSERVRC file in the following location:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\CardExchange\License

This will allow you to enter the license details again to activate it back to the desktop PC.

Please note that you only get 4 automatic relicenses, so if you plan to move it on a regular basis you may wish to purchase a USB license dongle so that you can move the license between PC's.
