Losing connection to SQL db every time after print #2927
We change the name with the IP addr. but this is not helping with the connection.
I was down by the costumer and test this yesterday and I see no improvement
whit this change.
My costumer is realy angry whit this CE.
Howe can we help him ?

Many customers use CardExchange with SQL Server without having this problem. I understand teh frustration of your customer, but for us it is hard to solve this issue if it only occurs in his environment.
What you can probably try is to set-up a ODBC connection instead of a native one. The ODBC connection can also be tested with other programs to see if it works fine without CardExchange being involved. There is possibly some conflict with the printer driver that causes the issue.
You can request an onlien support session with our sales department if you wish. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to solve it, however, as this problem occurs on his PC and cannot be reproduce on development environments.
