PSM company from Thailand has been order the card printer Nisca PR-C101 2 units, we buy from Thailand supplier but we do shipping to Taiwan, and now we have s problem between the database transfer form English to Chinese (mandarin language) the problem is when we have all the database in Excel file (English) the card printer do printing the card normal no any problem, but when we input in Chinese (mandarin) language then the card printer software (CardExchange) will error and stop running, please be advice for this case if you have any software or firmware update for this please do support us immediately,

Do you have your supplier or your client in Taiwan? If have do they has the problem like us before?
Could you please send a screen shot of the error? In case it is a fatal error, could you copy the content of the CardExchange.log file in your data folder (located at My Documents\CardExchange\Data by default)? Are you running the software in Chinese, Thai or English?
As far as I know, sales in South-East Asia is mainly done via Nisca. No problems with Chinese have been reported before.
