I designed a new card which had one graphic from a file folder. When I finished the design (which I attached to an existing MS Access file) I started to add new data for about 10 cards. I would choose NEW, enter the data and click INSERT. Each time I clicked INSERT, the folder where the graphics came from opened up in a window. I close the window, and the record is saved. Why id the folder opening?...what am I doing wrong?
It sounds like you have changed one of the options for default actions when a new record is inserted.
We have options for example to capture a photo or import a photo from a file automatically when you insert a new record or when you click on print.
Please go to the Data tab and click on "Edit Options", here you can uncheck any options that have been selected which you do not need.
