Unable to access Config Tab with admin log in #5942
Is this an SBS instalation ?
Is so then can you please try to rename the lock.xml file in the data folder ?
If CardExchange did not close correctly on the PC that had the configuration it can happen that it does not close the lock.xml file which controls access to the configuration menu.
This is different from the logins and just ensures that only one PC can make changes to the configuration at any time on the SBS versions.
The settings for this can then be controlled from the Data Folder Sharing option under the configuration tab.
